Directions

The easiest way to drive to Family Medical Center within Oskaloosa is to get on A Avenue which is also Hwy. 92 and runs east and west all the way through town. Turn north onto North 11th Street (which is on the east side of Oskaloosa). Then turn east (right) onto E Avenue East which curves into North 12th Street. You’ll see the parking lot on the east (right) side of the street along with the purple Medical Specialty Clinic sign.

Enter the building under the canopy, walk straight ahead just a few feet past a reception area to a set of elevators which will be on your right. Push the WO (White Oak) button on the elevator to take you to the third floor which houses Family Medical Center.
